- Primary market: Syrian Arab Republic
- Other markets: Middle Eastern countries where the Platform is accessible
The applicable laws, regulations, and legal interpretations governing the use of the Platform may vary depending on the country of operation or user location. Users are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to their activities.
3. Eligibility
To use Syr Aqarat, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Syr Aqarat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
4. User Accounts

6. Marketplace Disclaimer
- Syr Aqarat is not a party to any transaction between users
- All negotiations, agreements, payments, and contracts occur directly between users
- Syr Aqarat does not verify ownership, legality, pricing accuracy, or property condition
Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before entering any transaction.
7. Fees & Paid Services
Certain features or listings may be subject to fees.
If applicable:
- Fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase
- Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Syr Aqarat reserves the right to modify pricing at any time
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Impersonate others or misrepresent property ownership
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Circumvent platform systems or security
